SNL Skit Nails Rudy Giuliani’s Michigan ‘Witnesses’

President Donald Trump’s effort to overturn the 2020 presidential election results was the focus of the cold open on “Saturday Night Live” which hilariously amplified Rudy Giuliani’s conspiracy theories about the election.

The skit featured Trump lawyer Rudy Giuliani (Kate McKinnon) and Michigan voting witness Melissa Carone (played by cast member Cecily Strong) — both of whom were drinking when they weren’t babbling.

The hearing also featured an unhinged witness who claimed to eat ballots, and the MyPillow founder Mike Lindell.
