The wave of gun violence continues unabated across the United States. On Thursday, a gunman fired at a crowd during a funeral service at a Wisconsin cemetery, injuring at least two people, police said, according to ABC News.
The gunfire erupted about 2:30 p.m. as mourners at Graceland Cemetery were saying goodbye to 37-year-old Da’Shontay Lucas King Sr., authorities said.
The people shot were rushed to a hospital in Milwaukee. Their conditions were not immediately available.
No arrests had been made as of Thursday evening, according to the report. The shooting was under investigation.
The incident follows deadly mass shootings in Tulsa, Oklahoma; Buffalo, New York; Uvalde, Texas; and New Orleans.
