Six people were shot at a California large party that was held amid the statewide stay-at-home order issued to stop the spread of coronavirus, the USA TODAY reports.
The party may have gone unnoticed until frantic witnesses called 911 shortly the shooting broke out at an apartment complex in Bakersfield, Kern County Sheriff’s Lt. Cesa Ollague said.
Deputies found six victims, including a juvenile, at the scene and learned that a large party was going on before the shooting, CNN reported.
The victims were taken to a local hospital and treated for injuries that were not life-threatening.
The suspects were described as four men driving a white sedan, authorities said. No arrests have been made, authorities said.
