Two U.S. Secret Service agents have been suspended after getting into a physical fight while on duty — just outside former President Barack Obama’s Washington, D.C. home.

The brawl, which took place in the early hours of May 21, was caught on camera and has since spread online. The video clearly shows two female officers in uniform fighting.

“The U.S. Secret Service is aware of an on-duty altercation that occurred between two Uniformed Division officers at approximately 2:30 a.m. on May 21,” a spokesperson confirmed.

Both officers have been pulled from duty while an internal investigation is underway.

The agency issued a statement condemning the incident: “The Secret Service has a very strict code of conduct for all employees and any behavior that violates that code is unacceptable.”

No details were given on what caused the altercation. “Given this is a personnel matter, we are not in a position to comment further,” the spokesperson added.

The fight happened just steps away from the residence of a former president — a breach of professionalism in one of the most sensitive assignments in federal law enforcement.
