Rep. Jasmine Crockett had choice words for President Trump for President Trump after his address to Congress on Tuesday night.

When attorney Joe Gallina asked her what she would say to Trump, the Texas Democrat responded, “I would tell him to grow a spine and stop being Putin’s ho.”

Crockett was referring to Russian President Vladimir Putin and said Trump was doing things for Russia in a way no American president had ever done before. “That’s all we got right now, is Putin’s little ho that is out here really doing the bidding of Russia,” she said.

She also mentioned Trump’s meeting with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky at the White House. Crockett accused Trump of abandoning America’s allies.

“For those that believe we should only focus on the United States, this is about the United States,” Crockett explained. “We need a president who understands what diplomacy is, and it doesn’t look like the mess we saw in the Oval Office.”

Recently, Trump has criticized Ukrainian President Zelensky while showing more support for Russia and Putin. The White House also paused military aid to Ukraine and stopped sharing intelligence.

Trump’s meeting with Zelensky got heated, with shouting matches between the two and Vice President Vance. While Trump’s supporters accused Zelensky of disrespecting America, Democrats said Trump and Vance were betraying a key ally.

Crockett added her thoughts on diplomacy, saying it shouldn’t involve disrespecting neighboring countries like Mexico and Canada. She criticized Trump for imposing tariffs on goods from those countries, which she said would lead to higher costs for Americans.

She warned that higher tariffs on Canadian lumber and Mexican fruits and vegetables would drive up housing and grocery prices.

But Crockett said she didn’t blame Canada and Mexico for planning their own tariffs in response. She argued that Trump needed to find a way to work with these countries if he wanted to lower prices for Americans as he promised during his campaign.

“As people are still complaining about their eggs, now they’re going to have to worry about the rest of their groceries,” Crockett said. “It’s time for him to stop acting like he’s on a reality TV show and start doing the real work of an American president. I hope America tunes into people like you and stops giving him the attention.”

Crockett has gained popularity for her outspoken style, especially during congressional hearings. Her comments on Trump follow an earlier exchange last week, when Gallina asked her what she would say to billionaire Elon Musk. Her response: “F— off.”
