hA driver plowed through a Christmas Parade in Waukesha, Wisconsin, Sunday night, leaving multiple people injured in an apparent terrorist attack, the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel reports.
Several people were on the ground injured after the incident, which occurred shortly before 5 p.m., the news outlet reported, citing multiple witnesses.
Videos posted to social media show a red SUV breaking through barriers and speeding into the roadway where the parade was taking place, speeding just behind a school marching band, according to the report.
Waukesha Police are advising people to avoid the downtown area and have established a family reunification center, the agency said on its official Facebook page.
