Mike Lindell’s Lawyers Seek Court Approval To Quit Because He’s Broke And Can’t Pay Legal Bills

Staff Writer

Mike Lindell, CEO of MyPillow and ardent promoter of election fraud claims, is reportedly facing financial ruin as a result of his crusade to reinstate Donald Trump as president despite his loss to Joe Biden. Lawyers defending him in defamation suits against voting machine companies are now seeking court permission to withdraw, citing Lindell’s inability to settle unspecified millions in debts.

The attorney filed withdrawal requests in federal courts in Minnesota and Washington, D.C., where defamation lawsuits seek over $1 billion from Smartmatic and $1.3 billion from Dominion Voting Systems, targeting Lindell, Rudy Giuliani, and Sidney Powell. Giuliani faces legal action over alleged unpaid bills.

Attorney Andrew Parker filed withdrawal requests in federal courts, citing “serious financial risk” for the law firms. Lindell and MyPillow, acknowledging the situation, are reportedly searching for new legal representation.

In a recent video on his FrankSpeech website, Lindell admitted being broke, unable to pay legal bills due to a reported $100 million loss after major retailers dropped his products.
