North Korean Dictator Kim Jong Un had been reportedly pronounced dead after an unsuccessful heart surgery. Now, according to the Yonhap News Agency in Seoul, South Korea, the North Korean leader has reportedly been seen giving his first public appearance in nearly three weeks.

No details about the nature of Kim’s public appearance have yet been released. At this point, it is just one reported rumor.
