White House counselor Kellyanne Conway appeared on Fox News on Tuesday night as the second day of the Democratic National Convention was taking place. During her appearance she referred to Donald Trump as “the healthcare president.”
Her remarks were quickly fact-checked as many voters reminded her that more than 170,000 people have died under Trump’s leadership.
Trump's 2017 health care bill would've stripped coverage from 20 million people and 170,000 have died in the last six months from a communicable disease, so no, I don't think Trump is "the health care president" https://t.co/ovcFpbTZLL

He promised a "Great Healthcare Plan" probably in 100 days. Still waiting. I heard him say it at every rally and briefing.

Up is down, the sun sets in the morning, and I will take credit for what you do, and blame you for what I do.#HealthcareForAll

Oh no see didn’t just claim Trump’s a Healthcare President. Trump is suing to throw 20milkions off of healthcare and remove protections for those with pre-existing conditions.

The very idea of him caring about anyone else's health or well-being is a sick joke. He's actively murderous towards Americans' health and well-being.

Supposedly we were getting that shiny new healthcare plan two weeks ago. 🤣

Look at her eyes. She looks sedated.

He's also stopping those of us who get our prescriptions by mail from, you know, actually getting our prescriptions by mail. (I'm a Type 1 diabetic who gets insulin by mail. I'll die w/o it.)

I can’t wait until we never have to hear from her again!

Maybe, MAYBE you could call him "The "Healthcare" "President"". But damn! that's a ton of sarcasm packed into 3 words!
— I_am_Crow (@crow_am) August 19, 2020
What about the fictitious health care plan he promised to reveal "in 2 weeks", then when asked about it at the 2 week mark, promised again to reveal it "in 2 weeks"?

Hey, if one man's incompetence results in 170k deaths, isn't he technically responsible for the popularity of our current system?

Kellyanne….do you ever consider what your future will look like when Trump is out, soon? It’s not good.
