Jimmy Kimmel took to Twitter on Friday to apologize after he joked about a video of Vice President Mike Pence asking to carry empty boxes of PPE “just for the camera.”
According to Mediaite, the full video actually shows that Pence was just joking with other White House officials about the empty boxes.
After numerous outlets including Snopes called Kimmel’s claim false, the comedian apologized for the false accusation via Twitter.
