Televangelist Jim Bakker, who was ordered by a judge to stop selling his silver solution as a false cure for Coronavirus, is now urging his viewers to send him donation checks so he can pay his credit card payments.

“I’m just sad to see what’s happening to America,” Bakker said in a video clip flagged by Right Wing Watch. “We are living in the final days, and if we go the wrong direction, America is through.”

“You have to use a check [to donate or purchase products],” he continued. “Your products are going to come to you. Every one of them will come right to your house, and if we can’t, we are going to refund. I will sell parts of the buildings at [his show’s TV studios] in the long run if you give me a chance. Don’t let me have to file for bankruptcy.”

“They’re already bleeding us to death, and now we’re going to have to pay lawyers that will bleed you to death,” Bakker said. “I know [my critics] are watching me right now, and they’re having a ball. They’re having a ball, and they’re saying, ‘Wow, we’ve whipped Jim Bakker finally’ … I’ll tell you what — you all may want my head on a platter, and you may get it, but I’ll be gone to Heaven, and you’re not going to win. You’re not going to win because I’m 80-years-old, and I don’t need to win. I need to please God, and that’s what I’m going to do the rest of my life.”
