Newly released emails from the House Oversight Committee suggest that Jeffrey Epstein’s flights were deliberately coordinated around President Donald Trump’s movements during his first term—a startling revelation that raises more questions about the closeness of their ties.

Larry Visoski, Epstein’s longtime personal pilot, sent multiple emails in 2017 indicating that Epstein’s travel was timed to avoid or overlap with Trump’s departures. On March 5, just over a month after Trump took office, Visoski wrote to Epstein:

“Jeffrey, TSA called me, they inform closing TSA inspection at 3pm, asked if we could depart at 2:30pm? Is 2:30pm okay for departure,” he wrote. “Otherwise it would be after Trump’s departure between 4 and 5pm.”

A month later, Visoski emailed again about scheduling conflicts:

“Trump is supposed to depart at 4pm, latest 4:30pm,” he noted, while warning that his own flight could be delayed due to “staffing issues.”

The emails mention “PBI customs,” pointing to Palm Beach International Airport, just minutes from Trump’s Mar-a-Lago resort, where he spent a significant portion of his presidency. The precise reasons for these overlaps remain unclear—but other details from the documents suggest that Trump and Epstein may have maintained personal connections during the first term. One email indicated Trump “spent hours” with one of Epstein’s victims at his home. Another revealed that Epstein even spent Thanksgiving with the president.

Visoski testified during the trial of Epstein associate Ghislaine Maxwell, insisting he never witnessed sexual abuse on Epstein’s flights, despite longstanding reports of “underaged sex parties” aboard Epstein’s private jet. Trump himself reportedly flew on Epstein’s jet at least seven times in the 1990s, alongside other high-profile figures, including Britain’s Prince Andrew.

These newly revealed emails put urgent focus on why a convicted sex offender’s travel was timed around the movements of the sitting U.S. president—and what that says about the nature of their connection.
