South Park’s Halloween episode dropped Friday night—and triggered a furious meltdown across the MAGA world.
The episode, titled “The Woman in the Hat,” depicts President Donald Trump in a bizarre love affair with Satan while overseeing the demolition of the White House’s East Wing. The East Wing, which was torn down last month, is slated to be replaced by Trump’s proposed 90,000-square-foot ballroom, a luxury event space estimated to cost $300 million.
The response from conservative corners of social media has been relentless. Dominick McGee, a right-wing influencer known as “Dom Lucre” on X with more than 1.6 million followers, launched an explosive attack on creators Matt Stone and Trey Parker.
In a post dripping with rage, McGee wrote: “From a long term fan and Conservative, South Park has lost its way. …F— you guys, it’s terrifying to see one of the most creative IPs chase a wave that died off 4 years [ago]. Matt and Trey are f—.”
McGee, who has called himself “one of the poor creators” after collecting roughly $157,000 from X since 2023, was far from the only conservative voice lashing out. X user “Smell My Musk” criticized the show for what they see as a relentless focus on Trump: “Way to destroy your legacy with this crap. Notice how no one is talking about South Park at all anymore after about the 3rd [episode] of this season.”
Other right-wing figures piled on. X user “Clown World,” with over 3 million followers, declared they had “stopped watching this crap a while back.” Meanwhile, smaller MAGA accounts joined the chorus of outrage.
X user “Brother Gary” wrote: “I hate this show. 4 years of comedy gold with Biden. Not one skit. I’ll never watch it again.”

For many MAGA fans, what once felt like edgy comedy now hits like a personal insult. The East Wing demolition—a real-world project—was turned into a punchline, and some of the show’s most loyal conservative viewers were left fuming.
