GOP Rep. Nancy Mace of South Carolina is not backing down in her Twitter fight with far-right Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-Ga.) after the Georgia QAnon lawmaker called her “trash” for calling out Rep. Lauren Boebert’s Islamophobic attacks on Democratic Rep. Ilhan Omar.

After an exchange of heated words, Mace fired off a second tweet in response to Greene’s attack, using emojis to call her fellow Republican congresswoman “batshit crazy.”

Mace was responding to Green’s Tuesday morning tweet that accused her of being a “RINO,” for condemning GOP Rep. Lauren Boebert’s Islamophobic remarks about Democratic Rep. Ilhan Omar.

During an interview on CNN, Mace denounced Boebert’s remarks as an example of “racist tropes and remarks” that have been made on both sides of the aisle. Greene then took to Twitter to criticize Mace over her comments.

Mace “is the trash in the GOP Conference,” Greene tweeted. “Never attacked by Democrats or RINO’s (same thing) because she is not conservative, she’s pro-abort. Mace you can back up off of @laurenboebert or just go hang with your real gal pals, the Jihad Squad. Your out of your league.”

Mace, who earlier in the day slammed Greene as a “religious bigot” and a “racist,” sent off a second tweet saying Greene’s words were an example of “batshit crazy,” replacing her words with the bat, poop and clown emoji.
