Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger, who’s a Republican, released a statement on Tuesday claiming that Donald Trump could have won the state’s electoral votes if he hadn’t pushed conspiracy theories about mail-in voting.

Raffensperger told WSB’s Justin Gray that 24,000 Republicans who voted by absentee ballot in the primary did not cast votes in the general election.
