FedEx has filed a lawsuit against MyPillow, the company led by CEO Mike Lindell, for not paying its shipping bills.
The lawsuit claims MyPillow hasn’t paid for shipping services that FedEx provided. According to court papers, FedEx and MyPillow started working together in February 2021.
The unpaid shipping fees have built up to a total of $8,801,710.93.
FedEx says MyPillow ignored several invoices and late fees, which they consider a breach of contract.
MyPillow CEO Lindell, who gained widespread attention for his relentless push to uncover voter fraud in the 2020 election, has faced multiple setbacks, with his efforts ultimately failing to provide any proof of voter fraud.
