President Donald Trump hung up on a CNN reporter Tuesday after being asked about newly resurfaced photos showing him with Jeffrey Epstein in the 1990s.

CNN’s Andrew Kaczynski had called Trump for comment about images showing Epstein at Trump’s 1993 wedding to Marla Maples, and at another event that same year. The photos, released by CNN’s KFile team, show Epstein mingling with Trump and his children at Trump’s Plaza Hotel and at a Harley-Davidson Cafe gathering.

CNN anchor Erin Burnett said Tuesday night that the images “had never been seen” before and were part of a broader archival dig. But Kaczynski admitted in his article that the photos had been online for years — available through Google Images and even stock photo site Shutterstock.

What’s new, Kaczynski argued, is that these pictures “have not been widely reported and pre-date any of Epstein’s known legal issues.”

But when Kaczynski called Trump to ask about them, the call didn’t last long.

“We were not on the phone very long,” Kaczynski told Burnett. “I think our call was about 30 seconds or so. But when I asked him about the wedding photo, he sort of paused for a second and then said, ‘You’ve got to be kidding me,’ before calling CNN ‘fake news’ and then hanging up on me.”

After the call, Trump’s team responded with a sharp statement.

“These are nothing more than out-of-context frame grabs of innocuous videos and pictures of widely attended events to disgustingly infer something nefarious,” said White House Communications Director Steven Cheung.

“The fact is that the President kicked him out of his club for being a creep,” Cheung added. “This is nothing more than a continuation of the fake news stories concocted by the Democrats and the liberal media.”

Trump has never been charged in connection to Epstein, but his ties to the disgraced financier keep drawing attention — especially as pressure grows for full transparency on Epstein’s connections and records.
