A survivor of Jeffrey Epstein’s abuse testified under oath that she met Donald Trump at Mar-a-Lago when she was 14 years old, during the time she was being groomed and sexually abused by Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell.

The woman, known only as “Jane” to protect her identity, delivered the testimony during Maxwell’s 2021 federal trial for sex trafficking. Jane said the meeting with Trump occurred in the 1990s and took place at Trump’s private club in Palm Beach, Florida. At the time, she was a teenage contestant in Trump’s Miss Teen USA beauty pageant.

Jane is one of the few survivors to publicly state under oath that she met Trump through Epstein. She did not accuse Trump of misconduct or specify the reason for the meeting. Trump has never been formally accused of being involved in Epstein’s crimes.

“I met him at Mar-a-Lago. I was 14,” Jane testified during the trial, according to The Palm Beach Post.

According to court records and testimony, Jane met Epstein and Maxwell in 1994 at an arts camp in Michigan, shortly after the death of her father. Maxwell was walking a dog. Jane asked to pet it, and Epstein joined the conversation. They discussed living in Palm Beach County, where Epstein owned a nearby cabin.

Weeks later, Jane and her mother were invited to tea at Epstein’s Palm Beach mansion. Jane soon began visiting alone. She testified that Maxwell acted like an older sister at first, then began instructing her on how to please Epstein sexually. Jane said Epstein sexually abused her in the pool house, and later, both Epstein and Maxwell assaulted her together.

Jane told the court that the abuse continued over several years and took place at multiple Epstein properties, including homes in New York and New Mexico. She said she stopped seeing Epstein and Maxwell in the early 2000s and didn’t tell anyone until 2019, when she spoke to law enforcement after Epstein’s arrest.

She testified alongside three other women during the Maxwell trial. Her account helped lead to Maxwell’s conviction. The British socialite was sentenced in 2022 to 20 years in prison and is currently incarcerated at a federal facility in Tallahassee.

Jane also said she competed in the 1998 Miss Teen USA pageant, which was owned at the time by Trump. It is unclear whether the competition occurred before or after her meeting with Trump at Mar-a-Lago.

Four former Miss Teen USA contestants told BuzzFeed in a 2016 report that Trump had walked into the dressing room while they were changing in 1997. Trump has denied any inappropriate behavior.

Epstein was arrested during Trump first term on federal sex trafficking charges and, just three weeks later, was found dead in his Manhattan jail cell while awaiting trial—his death occurring under the oversight of then–Attorney General Bill Barr, appointed by Trump.

The connection between Trump and Epstein has long drawn public scrutiny. The two lived less than two miles apart in Palm Beach and were often seen socializing together in the 1990s and early 2000s. Trump has claimed he cut ties with Epstein.

“I threw him out, and that was it. I’m glad I did, if you know the truth,” Trump said during a press conference on July 28, 2025, when asked about Epstein during a meeting with UK Prime Minister Keir Starmer.

In a separate development, Ghislaine Maxwell met with Deputy Attorney General Todd Blanche for two days in late July under limited immunity. According to DOJ officials, the purpose was to discuss possible Epstein accomplices. The meetings followed a July 7 Justice Department memo that stated no client list had been found among Epstein’s seized materials and that no charges were being pursued against any third parties.

The memo also revealed that federal authorities have identified more than 1,000 individuals as Epstein victims. Jane was one of two Florida-based victims to testify against Maxwell. The other, Carolyn Andriano, 36, died from an accidental drug overdose in a West Palm Beach hotel room after Maxwell’s sentencing.
