Elon Musk said he was “stressed” about the upcoming Wisconsin Supreme Court election during a tele-town hall on Monday.

“There’s a good chance it decides whether Republicans or Democrats control the House of Representatives.” Musk said before warning that if Democrats take control, they could dominate the presidency, the House, the Senate, and the Supreme Court.

“This would be catastrophic and it would destroy the agenda for reform,” he said. “It would make it almost impossible for the reforms that are underway to take place.” Musk then urged people to vote, saying, “I’m really asking from the bottom of my heart here, please go out and vote.”

“To be honest, I’m pretty stressed about it,” he admitted.

On Tuesday, Wisconsin voters will head to the polls for a highly contentious and important election, which has become the most expensive judicial race in U.S. history, with over $90 million being invested in the campaign.

Just before Musk’s rally, the Wisconsin Supreme Court declined to hear a request from the state’s Democratic Attorney General, Josh Kaul, who tried to block Musk from handing out large sums of money to voters. Kaul argued that Musk’s scheme, which included $1 million checks to some voters, broke state law.

“Wisconsin law prohibits offering anything of value to induce anyone to vote,” Kaul said.

However, the state’s Supreme Court, which has a 4-3 liberal majority, chose not to act on the case and didn’t explain why.

Musk has already contributed about $20 million to Schimel’s campaign in the race, which is seen as one of the first big tests of the second Trump term.
