Elon Musk Drops Truth Bomb: ‘Without Me, Trump Would Have Lost the Election’

Elon Musk just lit a fire under Donald Trump—and this time, he made it personal.

The Tesla and SpaceX boss, who’s no stranger to politics, finally took direct aim at Trump after months of back-and-forth tension over the former president’s so-called “Big, Beautiful Bill.”

Until now, Musk had mostly criticized Trump’s policies, especially the bloated spending bill loaded with handouts. But on Thursday, he turned up the heat.

In response to a video of Trump claiming, “I would have won Pennsylvania easily” without Musk’s backing, the billionaire fired off a post that dropped like a bomb:

“Without me, Trump would have lost the election, Dems would control the House and the Republicans would be 51-49 in the Senate.”

He didn’t stop there.

“Such ingratitude,” Musk added.

Trump had accused Musk of being angry because of cuts to electric vehicle subsidies, saying Musk supported the bill when it benefited him and knew “every aspect” of it. Musk hit back hard.

“False, this bill was never shown to me even once and was passed in the dead of night so fast that almost no one in Congress could even read it!” Musk wrote.

He didn’t hold back on the bill itself either.

“Whatever. Keep the EV/solar incentive cuts in the bill, even though no oil & gas subsidies are touched (very unfair!!), but ditch the MOUNTAIN of DISGUSTING PORK in the bill,” Musk wrote.

“In the entire history of civilization, there has never been legislation that both big and beautiful. Everyone knows this! Either you get a big and ugly bill or a slim and beautiful bill. Slim and beautiful is the way.”

Then he went for the jugular, posting screenshots of Trump’s past warnings about national debt and calling out today’s GOP inaction.

“Where is this guy today??” Musk asked, above an old Trump quote:

“I cannot believe the Republicans are extending the debt ceiling—I am a Republican & I am embarrassed!”
