CNN reported on Friday that Washington D.C. Mayor Muriel Bowser contacted painters in the area to create a giant “Black Lives Matter” mural on a street that leads up to the White House.
According to the report, the mural passes through St. John’s Church, the site of Donald Trump’s roundly criticized photo-op during a peaceful protest.
The mural was set up for a massive protest that is being planned to take place on Saturday.
