Amid Trump’s Epstein Panic, Gabbard Claims More Obama Dirt Coming ‘Tomorrow’

As Donald Trump scrambles to deflect heat from the Jeffrey Epstein scandal, Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard is stoking a fresh political fire —aimed at former President Barack Obama.

On Tuesday night, Gabbard appeared on Newsmax and promised to release “further documents tomorrow” to back up her explosive claim that Obama-era officials helped orchestrate a years-long effort to take down Trump.

“We will be releasing further documents tomorrow that will refute that statement,” Gabbard said, referring to a sharp denial from Obama’s office earlier that day.

This comes after Gabbard dropped a report last Friday accusing Obama’s team of pushing a “treasonous conspiracy” by exaggerating Russian election interference in 2016. According to her, this set the stage for what she calls a “coup” against Trump.

Obama’s office didn’t waste time firing back.

“These allegations are ridiculous and a weak attempt at distraction,” said Obama spokesperson Patrick Rodenbush. “Nothing in the document issued last week undercuts the widely accepted conclusion that Russia worked to influence the 2016 presidential election but did not successfully manipulate any votes.”

He pointed to the 2020 bipartisan Senate Intelligence Committee report — led by then-Republican Sen. Marco Rubio — which confirmed Russia’s interference, while finding no evidence of vote manipulation or a direct conspiracy with Trump.

Gabbard says she has the evidence to prove it.

“We will be pulling a whole host of statements that were made by the Obama administration, by Hillary Clinton, by senior Democrat officials, by their friends in the media… that repeat the narrative,” she said.

Citing her notes live on air, Gabbard quoted headlines and remarks from top Democrats and media outlets:

“New York Times says Russian hackers acted to aid Trump in the election.”
“Obama’s CIA Director John Brennan says there is strong consensus among us to support the CIA claim Russian hackers aided Donald Trump’s election.”
“Hillary Clinton said, ‘I would be president if not for the Russian hackers supporting Donald Trump.’”

She claimed these statements directly “refute” Obama’s current denial.

But factually, they don’t. Those quotes echo what the Senate’s own investigation concluded — that Russia interfered to help Trump, but didn’t rig votes or prove collusion.

Still, Gabbard’s timing couldn’t be more convenient for Trump.

Just as outrage grows over his refusal to release more Epstein-related files, Trump jumped on Gabbard’s claims, blasting Obama across his Truth Social feed with over a dozen posts — even sharing an AI-generated video of the former president being arrested.

Meanwhile, pressure is mounting on Trump to come clean about Epstein. Despite years of teasing a “client list,” Trump has kept records sealed. Many of his own supporters are growing restless.

The backlash grew louder after July 7, when new images and reports surfaced linking Trump and Epstein — including a crude birthday card and photos of Epstein at Trump’s 1993 wedding to Marla Maples.

Still, Trump is all-in on Gabbard. On Tuesday, during a meeting with Republican lawmakers, he singled her out with praise:

“She has all the documents, she has everything that you need,” Trump said. “You’ve found things that nobody thought we’d ever find. Very happy and very honored to have you with us.”
