Donald Trump is facing a brutal new wave of scrutiny after fresh evidence links him more directly to Jeffrey Epstein—despite his repeated denials.
Two major newspapers, The New York Times and The Wall Street Journal, revealed on Thursday that Trump’s name appears in a private birthday book created for Epstein’s 50th birthday in 2003. The album reportedly includes handwritten notes, personal messages, and contributions from dozens of Epstein’s friends and associates—including Trump.
Trump has long insisted any letter he may have written to Epstein is “fake.” But according to the Journal, not only is Trump’s name listed under the “Friends” section of the leather-bound book, but he also contributed to it—allegedly with a note drawn in the outline of a naked woman.
“I never wrote a picture in my life. I don’t draw pictures of women,” Trump claimed. “It’s not my language. It’s not my words.” Still, the Journal and Times both report multiple confirmations of the book’s existence, and even a photo of Trump alongside Epstein and singer James Brown.
Ghislaine Maxwell, Epstein’s longtime confidante who’s now serving 20 years in prison for sex trafficking minors, reportedly organized the book. In a handwritten note inside, Maxwell wrote:
“The idea behind this book was simply to gather stories and old photographs to jog your memory about places, people and different events.
Some of the letters will definitely achieve their intended goal—some well… you will have to read them to see for yourself.”
Epstein’s brother, Mark Epstein, confirmed Maxwell created the book and said he contributed to it as well.

The Journal also reported that Bill Clinton wrote a message in the same album. It read in part:
“It’s reassuring isn’t it, to have lasted as long, across all the years of learning and knowing, adventures and [illegible word], and also to have your childlike curiosity, the drive to make a difference and the solace of friends.”
Clinton’s spokesperson pointed back to a 2019 statement denying any knowledge of Epstein’s crimes. He confirmed Clinton flew on Epstein’s plane four times in 2002 and 2003, always with staff and Secret Service, and hadn’t spoken to Epstein in “well over a decade.”
Other contributors to the book include big names like billionaire Leon Black, designer Vera Wang, Alan Dershowitz, and former Victoria’s Secret CEO Leslie Wexner.
Attorney Brad Edwards, who represents over 200 Epstein victims, told MSNBC this week that the book is real and that some survivors even helped assemble it.
“Multiple victims described the book,” Edwards said. “It’s in the possession of Epstein’s estate.” Rep. Ro Khanna says he plans to subpoena it.
Trump exploded on Truth Social after the news broke, calling it a “Jeffrey Epstein SCAM.” He wrote:
“Radical Left Democrats are doing everything in their power to distract and obfuscate from our GREAT six months of service to America.
They have gone absolutely CRAZY, and are playing another Russia, Russia, Russia Hoax…”

Trump’s team is also pushing back. White House communications director Steven Cheung repeated a familiar line that Trump kicked Epstein out of Mar-a-Lago “for being a creep,” calling the reports “fake news.”
Trump’s campaign spokeswoman Karoline Leavitt also tried to cast doubt, saying the Journal was “writing yet another defamatory story… about an alleged letter they don’t even have because the President never wrote it.”
But the pressure is mounting. Trump supporters have demanded he release the so-called “Epstein files” he once hyped himself. So far, he hasn’t delivered.
Trump and Epstein’s close friendship in the 1980s and 1990s is well-documented. But this birthday book, if fully revealed, could drag Trump even deeper into Epstein’s toxic orbit—just as he prepares for a 2024 rematch.
And this time, it’s not just whispers. It’s photographs. It’s handwritten notes. And it’s coming from inside Epstein’s inner circle.
