President Donald Trump reportedly exploded in a profanity-laced meltdown inside the Oval Office as new questions about his ties to Jeffrey Epstein closed in, according to Politico.
“They’re going to accuse me of some funny business,” Trump snapped during a tense moment, according to a Republican insider who overheard the conversation. The source said Trump was clearly shaken.
“They’re going to f— me anyways,” Trump reportedly added, furious over the renewed attention.
Trump’s relationship with Epstein, the convicted sex offender who ran a sex-trafficking ring involving underage girls, has been under fire for years. But in recent weeks, the pressure has surged. A Department of Justice memo earlier this month abruptly shut down further investigations into Epstein, outraging many of Trump’s own supporters who were expecting more answers — not a cover-up.
Then came two explosive reports from The Wall Street Journal. The first suggested Trump’s connection to Epstein was much closer than he had admitted.
