Donald Trump was once again the target of online mockery after a glaring typo in a Truth Social post on Sunday — this time, he misspelled his own name.

Trump was praising B-2 bomber pilots who had just returned from a mission targeting Iran. The post started off typical Trump-style: “The GREAT B-2 pilots have just landed, safely, in Missouri. Thank you for a job well done!!!”

But it ended with a bizarre twist. Trump signed off the post in all caps: “DONAKD J. TRUMP, PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES!”

Yes, “Donakd.”

Though the post was quickly deleted and replaced with a corrected version, screenshots had already been captured and shared widely. Critics wasted no time piling on. Social media lit up with jokes and memes about the typo, with some calling it one of Trump’s most embarrassing blunders yet.

“Imagine messing up your own name,” one user posted. Others revived the long list of Trump’s past digital slip-ups.

Trump’s history of typos is well known. In 2017, he famously tweeted the nonsensical word “covfefe.” He’s also written about a “stollen” election, a “Wirch Hunt,” and even served up “hamberders” to college athletes at the White House.

He’s misspelled his own name before — in 2019 he referred to himself as “Donald Ttump.” In 2018, he called his wife “Melanie” instead of Melania.

Even by Trump’s typo-heavy standards, spelling your own name wrong in all caps as a president is hard to ignore. Check the screenshots of reactions below.
