‘Disgusting POS’: Republican Pundit Trashed For Suggesting ‘Sexual Violence’ Against Taylor Swift Over Harris Endorsement

Far-right personality and talk show host Dave Rubin has sparked outrage by making disturbing comments against Taylor Swift following her endorsement of Vice President Kamala Harris for president.

In a vile commentary aired shortly after the ABC debate between Harris and former President Donald Trump, Rubin hinted that the pop star could face sexual violence from Venezuelan gangs if Harris’ policies were enacted. Rubin’s comments were laced with blatant fear-mongering.

“Let’s talk a little bit about how this fits into the pop culture part of this, because the pop culture is a huge driver of the cultural narrative,” Rubin said, dismissing Swift’s endorsement as part of a broader agenda. “Poor Taylor Swift endorses Kamala Harris on Instagram after the debate on ABC, proudly calls herself ‘a childless cat lady.’ Elon Musk, who they hate, saw that and he wrote this: ‘Fine Taylor … you win … I will give you a child and guard your cats with my life.’ So he’s mocking and exposing the ridiculousness, right?”

Rubin went further, crudely suggesting that Swift, a 34-year-old pop icon, was at risk of being sexually assaulted by Venezuelan gang members. “Taylor Swift, you are a young, pretty girl,” Rubin said. “Do you know what the gang members from Venezuela do to young, pretty girls? It ain’t pretty. So what do we have to do? We just have to keep finding each other to whatever extent we can, we have to keep waking people up, it is the only chance we have in these remaining 60 days.”

Rubin’s comments come amid a broader right-wing push filled with false claims about Venezuelan gangs in the U.S., including debunked rumors about the Tren de Aragua gang overtaking an apartment complex in Aurora, Colorado.

Rubin is one of several right-wing figures implicated in a Justice Department investigation into Russian state media efforts aimed at sowing discord within the U.S. political landscape. Though Rubin has not been charged, his inflammatory rhetoric aligns disturbingly with broader efforts to destabilize the political climate.

Rubin’s vile comments sparked widespread outrage across social media, with users condemning his disturbing threats and inflammatory rhetoric.
