Donald Trump is trying to cling on to the presidency for dear life. And to do that, he is using his daily coronavirus press briefings and ill-advised rallies to spew lies about his political opponent.
On Friday, he decided to claim that his opponent Joe Biden was against vaccines and that he will put lives at risk for political reasons.
The president claimed Biden espouses “anti-vaccine theories” and he’s “putting a lot of lives at risk” for “political reasons.”
MSNBC’s Ayman Mohyeldin could not let such a big lie go unfact-checked. That’s why he decided to cut away from the briefing to inform viewers that what Trump was saying was a falsehood.
“Obviously there’s no evidence of that — that is not true,” Mohyeldin said.
